What backpacksimon doesn't like about Burgdorfer Schutzenhaus:
We visited this restaurant some years ago, had a great meal then and decided to come back. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. We visited on a Saturday and made a reservation (which turned out to be unnecessary). For some reason they only had the reduced menu, which was a big disappointment. they sell the unique beer burgdorfer beer, it is delicious. i don't have any experience when it comes to the restaurant, as I have only tasted the beer. The beer is made in the same building so it is surely worth a visit. Also, if you are a group of people you can make a reservation for a room in the basement which looks authentic with its old bricks in the wall.
