Used to love going here as the food is decent. On New Years Eve I had a large order from them for my party. I was treated with such disrespect and indifference that I wrote a personal email to the manager. The manager never even had the courage to respond and question me about my complaint. I can only assume that he bought the justifications his incompetent employees gave him. I will now discourage anyone I can from going there where I used to be a huge fan.
Horrible customer service, if you order ahead of time for pick-up you cannot come pickup your order until they handle any type of dispute, walk-ins, or phone calls.I literally waited about 15 minutes while another customer found one of her items missing from her order, she then changed her order and paid for her new items.All while my already prepared, already paid for order just sat there on the counter getting cold, simply because they didn't feel like handing it to me.Even after asking politely.

I'm not sure if I'm a believer in this place yet. I had a tri tip sandwich bread was good and meat was pretty good a little tough and chewy. I'll give this place one more chance to redeem themselves and then I'll review it again.
The ribs and TriTip were reheated and bland. The cornbread is from a box, they reheat it to make it warm and they give you a gross butter substitute. The potato salad is good cause it?s store bought. What a waste of money.
