I'm seriously disappointed. I won't be returning.

So about 5:40 i called the restaurant to see where my food was... read more Well i ordered online ,through Bob Evans app. It was 4:15 pm. Said it would ve delivered at 5:05. So about 5:40 i called the restaurant to see where my food was. Oh the delivery driver never showed up to get it. or something along those lines) She put me on hold ,came back on and asked if i still wanted it. I was like, yes. Then i said ,wait,will it be cold? She said yes,its been sitting there almost an hour . I said ,NEVERMIND! REFUND MY MONEY.! Bad business. Gonna send out cold food. I was paying almost 20.00 for 1 meal. Including delivery,taxes and tip. Totally pissed off.
