Was Cecile Skiles at Arby's a mag?

I waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. It was a huge waste of time, especially to find out they didn't have any roast beef. I won't be returning. This is ridiculous. They should just shut the place down; it's utterly useless. Either the management is completely incompetent or they don't treat their employees well enough to keep staff. Either way, this place needs to close.

This was the slowest drive-thru I've ever encountered! It took 25 minutes from the time I joined the line until I got my food. The medium fry container was only about three-quarters full, and the fries were neither hot nor fresh. They tasted like the frying oil needed to be replaced! Definitely not worth the $9. It’s been months since my last visit, and I hoped for improvement, but sadly, nothing has changed.

I went through the drive-thru because the door was locked, and the young man working was very rude, yelling at me when I asked for the $1 roast beef sandwiches. He said the special from 2 to 5 is no longer available. I won’t be returning to this Arby's, the one in Burbank, Ohio by Lodi.

I looked up reviews after my DoorDash order from Arby's was delayed longer than usual. Reading the negative feedback, I realized this location is another problematic spot staffed by young employees who seem to slow down service as a passive-aggressive response to low pay. I canceled my order and would advise against ordering from this Arby's. It was a waste of my time, and the menu options weren’t enough to make up for the poor service.
