We are walkers and our travel organiser suggested this restaurant for lunch en route. When we arrived we sat at a table outside and were given the menu. I asked if there were any gluten free options as looking at the menu EVERYTHING was marked as having wheat. I was told they could do the soup without bread. We said that we didn’t want that so would leave. The waiter/owner just stood there with his back to me and mad... View all feedback.
Stopped by chance during the visit of the village . eaten very well and served with kindness and a lot of sympathy. We had a chat with the aunt, too nice.
We really enjoyed eating and talked with mario during the Tuscany Trail. funny guy, good food. What else do you need?
Focaccia, pici cacio and pepper, tiramisù: all very good. rustic setting with exposed brick walls. prices in line with the quality of food.
Fantastic family management are very friendly with pilgrims. delicious food and generous portions. we were two families we were all happy! recommended
By Mario is one of those experiences you rarely find. family run for three generations, typical cuisine without frills with decided goto, kind service and attentive to the needs of the customer. a place where you return very gladly!
