The drive-through cashier who assisted me today was very patient as I scrambled to decide what I wanted to order for the dessert portion since it was not all listed on the menu. My food was terrific, but overall this was a trip with one mission in mind, which was to give Panera another try after several years, and thank goodness I tried again. Thanks, Buford location, for hiring an excellent, well-rounded team!

The food was... read more I just had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread! The customer service was outstanding, from the people taking our orders to the chefs and bakers. The food was incredible—those orange scones are to die for! Wow! The baker at this location is truly skilled. I had a question about my pizza since I didn't see much bacon on it, and they gladly added more bacon and even offered to add extra sauce. The person taking our orders was extremely patient with my family, answering my questions about the entrees multiple times. Overall, it was a fantastic lunch on a Saturday!
