This store has completely ruined self checkout with their software upgrade that locks you out if the weight is not *exactly* what is expected. I shopped for fewer than 20 items and had to have my kiosk unlocked by an employee four times. Wegmans is undoubtedly the best grocery store in the area! They offer fresh produce, a fantastic selection of high-quality meats, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
My favorite grocery store! We recently moved to Charlotte, NC, and I really wish we had a Wegmans in our area. There are so many people from Western New York living here now.
