Nestled in the heart of the community, this beloved hibachi restaurant has garnered a loyal following over its 11 years of operation. While the food, particularly the sushi and hibachi dishes, has often drawn praise, recent feedback points to concerns over pricing and inconsistency in service quality. Many have cherished the vibrant dining experience and the friendly staff, who have celebrated countless special moments with patrons. As the establishment prepares to close its doors at the end of the month due to leasing challenges, it leaves behind fond memories and hopes for a future revival in a new location.
I decided to stop by with my sister for a lunch date, and we were both craving some hibachi.
Happy Birthday to our wonderful mom, Sonya Renee Cloud Oliver. We love you dearly and will cherish you forever. We are still searching for you, as you were kidnapped and possibly murdered. The last sighting was in 1995 near Howard St and Smith St in Buffalo, NY. If anyone has any information, please contact the Cold Case Unit at the police department. Thank you.
I wish I could give Tokyo II 20 STARS!!! This was truly the best meal I’ve had in a long time. The staff was incredible, and the chef was entertaining, fun, and his food was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I left feeling satisfied but still wanting more, though I was too full! I highly, highly recommend dining here and especially enjoying the Hibachi Grill. I will definitely be returning!
This has been an absolute treasure in North Buffalo for a decade or more and we are so sad to see them go. If you didn't get a chance to go and they ever open again you should because they are a wonderful family, very welcoming with great food. Both theHibachi and Sushi are excellent and beautifully served.
Thank you to all the staff who worked in this incredible restaurant for 11 years. I celebrated a lot of things here. I'll always remember Steven!! I had the opportunity to have lunch, met some great ladies and then go back and pick up dinner on the lastnight this restaurant operated, all in the same day lol. Thanks for the amazing food and entertainment! God bless!!!?????????????????
