Recently, the staff informed me... read more I've been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for many years, but I've decided to stop visiting because of the decline in food quality. Recently, the staff informed me that they've removed fresh fruit from the menu, leaving yogurt as the only healthy option. This change means I can no longer provide nutritious choices for my kids. Unfortunately, the situation seems to be worsening. While the staff is generally friendly, the quality of the food continues to decline. Just today, I discovered a piece of eggshell in my breakfast wrap—not just a tiny fragment, but a quarter of an eggshell!

I struggle to understand why... read more The morning staff consistently disappoints us. We order the same iced coffees nearly every day, but the quality is never reliable. I struggle to understand why preparing a triple triple mocha iced coffee with granulated sugar seems to be such a challenge for them; the morning crew really needs to improve. It’s pretty frustrating. On a brighter note, the evening team is fantastic! They are incredibly friendly and truly deserve all the accolades for their exceptional service.

The big lady at the counter is extremely rude every morning and always gives me anattitude. I?ve seen her being nice to other customers so I know she has it in her. Smh

Calling someone an A-hole as you’re walking up to the register is beyond unprofessional. Then to look at me as if I did something unruly towards you! This place is still a joke and runs like Stephan Hawkins in a 50 yard dash! This is hands down the worst Tims In Williamsville! Continuously short staffed so either forced to wait 15 min in the drive thru or find something else out of the way. The staff that is there are rude and inept individuals who couldn’t give 2 flucks about their jobs. Multiple multiple multiple times they screw up the order, perpetually out of product. When you ask the staff why, they straight up say “our manager didn’t order enough” this is a multi billion dollar franchise.....how is the quality of EVERYTHING so poor!!!????
