It's one of the busiest Tim Hortons I've been to. Some of the employees are nice. The others are not. Giving attitudes for no reason other than they busy.

Wanted to order something. I guess was I wrong line . Girl was very rude. And would not answer me on where to go. Thus Tim's is in a hospital. Walked down from my room with broken wrist and back. To be treated extremely rude. Terrible person working there.Fire that woman.

First of all, the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!!!! They look at you in a daze or like a deer in headlights when you are trying to give your order. They act like they don?t understand what you?re talking about, and thengive you attitude when you tell them your order is wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They literally get my orderincorrect 14 days out of the month. I only work 14 days out of the month and I order from them every day. This is the last daythat I will tolerate paying for something I did not order. Example, I ordered cold brew on the app, I was charged, went to pickthem up, they were out. I still did not get my refund. I asked for small cold brew, 2 cream 1 sugar, they give me medium coldbrew with whip cream and chocolate. I order a chocolate fudge Justin Bieber Tim bit, they give me a chocolate Tim bit. Thedonuts and Tim bits Are stale and have already had flies sitting on them if you don?t order first thing in the morning. I?mjust sick of it!!! It?s not like I?m ordering anything complicated!!!!
