The Ta Ranch - Buffalo

We chose The Cookhouse for the special occasion of my wife's birthday. You have a beautiful place there. Everyone was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the brussel sprouts appetizer. We also enjoyed a caesar salad. However, our steak was mostly fat. It was very flavorful, but both of us had to cut away about half our steak.

We are within 2 weeks of completing a 3 month Motorhome adventure across Canada the Midwest. Our meal at TA Ranch Cookhouse was the best meal we have had while on our trip! The Shrimp Baguette appetizer was the most amazing version of Shrimp Toast I have ever eaten! Our Steaks and Scallops main entry were perfectly done. It was my birthday and The Cookhouse treated me to a wonderful Lemon Ricotta Cake topped with Blueberries. This was a truly amazing meal!

Had the $60 16 oz steak and scallops and split with wife. Steak was good. Menu was very limited, NOT what you see online. Disappointed with menu choices. Fried chicken, shrimp, salmon for $16 or $60 steak, strange.

Was disappointed in the menu. We took out of town family there after looking at menu online and when we got there, nothing on the online menu was on it and no real explanation as to why. Staff wasn't as inviting and courteous as expected. Waitress was pleasant.
