Open all day but dinner doesn't start until 5 pm. Prior to 5 only apps are available. Not a big menu. Ok burger, apps a bit pricy the small spinach and artichoke dip is $12. Good sweet potato fries. Portions are not big. Service a bit haphazard didn't bring utensils until we asked for them.

It's welcoming and the staff are on top of service and having fun. The food matches the service--you will want to start with a cocktail. The bartender cranked out a creative take on both the Manhattan and Whiskey Sour. Little wonder that locals were there in droves. My NY strip special was impressive--seasoned in teriyaki sauce but not overwhelming. Cooked spot on to medium rare. The broccolini side with fried rice was different but it worked! My better half had a elk pasta dish, a very generous serving, and she gave thumbs up to its flavor and spices.

Waitress took our order, 4 at our table, and brought us our drinks. After about an hour the waitress came by and said that the kitchen was backed up a little and hoped we didn't mind waiting. After another 15 minutes we asked how much longer. We realized we were in trouble when she asked what we had ordered. After another 5 minutes they admitted they had lost our order and said it would be another hour before we could get our order. Decided to leave.

We would eat at 4th on Main this evening but the restaurant is closed. Our loss. When we come back to Buffalo, we will eat here!

The Hostess was more interested in putting the ENTIRE dining room in order than preparing our table and seating us...then continuingwith her dining room. The server was in-efficient and forgetful. However, we would eat there again...hoping for better service.
