I would rate it three stars, primarily because the coffee was fantastic. However, the service left much to be desired, with clearly unhappy employees. The establishment itself was quite dirty and had a dated feel, reminiscent of the mid-90s, but unfortunately not in a charming way—it definitely needs an upgrade.
