On July 23rd around 2pm, I visited a restaurant where they had run out of CO2 for soft drinks. There were multiple girls chatting with each other instead of assisting customers or focusing on their tasks. A child in the back was wearing a hoodie with the hood up, and the person in charge of making drinks simply walked away. It seems like this location is in desperate need of new management. However, I must admit that the food was served hot and my order was correct.

I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before they noticed me. When I politely asked for assistance, I was dismissed with a rude response. The fries were cold and rubbery, and the coffee had spoiled cream. Although I did get a refund for the coffee, I don't think I will be returning to any McDonald's in the future due to consistently negative experiences at multiple locations.

Do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever. I ordered three bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddles for over $6 each and was disappointed to find them to be very thin and missing eggs. Despite attempting to reach out to the store, I received no response. I will not be coming back to this location.

I 'd love to give this place a 0 but unfortunately it 's no option. I just experienced an omg are you freaking serious moment . This place needs to be shut down. They must hire clowns cause that 's all I seem to run into in this place. None of my order was how I asked and the audacity correcting my drink in a medium cup that I asked for large and paid for a large meal, for my light light ice in my drinks when she went to redo it and filled it uo to the top with ice. For giving me a number 6 when I asked for a number 10. For the EYE ROLL and annoyance after I told the drive thru girl I want barely any ice just like I asked and paid for!!! This is beyond ridiculous! Close this place down.

I'm a promoter meet celebrities all the time but I never met a SUPERSTAR like Debbie who not only greets you with so much positive energy but really enhances the entire experience at McDonald's of all things ordering food. I NEVER had such an experience even eating at dinners where I spend over $2,000. Simply put, LIFE/lunch is better with her THANK YOU!
