Absolutely delightful! We’ve never started a review this way, but this restaurant truly deserves it. The New York-style teigbrot was exceptional—crispy, with a unique blend of ricotta, fresh tomatoes, and peaches. The double cheese was also cooked to perfection. To top it all off, the sweet corn cream broth was incredible; it was a completely new experience for us. The service was fast and friendly. We have nothing b... View all feedback.
What Siddhesh Nanaware dislikes about Marble Rye:
We were a group of 10 visited around 6pm on Thursday. Wasn't very crowded. Clam pizza was okay. Less clam pieces, thick bread. Chickpea fritters were tasty, the sauce (green chutney) was surprisingly good; Fritters always goes good with Green chillichutney. We liked both of their local IPAs. Honey ice cream was nice but too sweet. Burgers were also nice. Coconut ice creamwas the worst we've ever had in our lives. All... View all feedback.
I thought this place would be better from all the hype. It was good and I don't regret eating here. We took a chance and ordered pickle Detroit pizza expecting dill pickles. We got bread and butter pickles. The cocktails were solid, but not entirely memorable. The service was excellent and it's worth a go.
Get the Smash Burger. For sure it’s a top 5 burger I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of burgers!!!
Marble Rye is a truly exceptional restaurant. With its fantastic atmosphere and impressive menu, it easily earns a spot among the best dining establishments in Buffalo. I kicked things off with the spicy cucumber salad, which was a game changer for me. I’m so grateful they have a recipe video on their Instagram because I will definitely be trying to recreate it at home. It was a delightful mix of flavors and textures! For my main course, I opted for the double cheeseburger. Having lived in NYC and experienced many smashed burgers, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh this one tasted! It came with wonderfully crispy potatoes and two delicious dipping sauces. While I'm usually a fan of ketchup, the Chimichurri Crème Fraiche that accompanied the meal was so good that I didn't even miss it. We capped off our meal with the donut ice cream, which had a wonderfully subtle flavor—it was the perfect way to end our dining experience! Next time, I'm looking forward to trying their pizza and perhaps a couple of cocktails as well.
My wife and I had reservations and we were seated very promptly. (I strongly suggest reservations) The atmosphere was nice, and the low lit brick and mortar restaurant puts you in a relaxing chill mood. Our server Colin was great. He explained the menu as far as small plates entrees as well as the specials for the night. As we looked over the menu, the first thing I noticed was the fact that it was so different from our previous visit. That in itself was a very welcomed thing. I had a lot of choices to make, from the burgers to the steak dinner. They have 3 choices of salads, it would be nice to see M R give a option of adding a protein to your salad. Of course, at an additional cost. Also it would be nice if they offer a seafood dish, even if it's just salmon. We decided to order the chips and dip the steak dinner. The food was very good, and I was totally satisfied. We shared an apple tart ice cream for dessert. The drinks were refreshing, but different than what I was expecting. From the cocktail menu we ordered the Wild Heart the Odessey Oracle. To me the drinks were more showy than tasty, but it could just be me. I am more of a scotch drinker anyways. I can say I will be back, hopefully they tweak the menu some to accommodate a more versital type of eating.
