Today, my husband, my mom, and I did the same thing—standing in line and then asking to see the menu. An elderly woman yelled at me, telling me not to look at the menu but to pay attention to the display instead. Her rudeness and unprofessional attitude were disheartening, yet I chose not to respond. After we ordered and returned to our table, another older employee came over and, in front of everyone, told us that we couldn’t sit there and needed to go outside. We were confused and didn’t understand the reason behind this abrupt request, as they provided no explanation. We left and sat in our car for a while. When I opened my ice cream, I realized they had forgotten to add the walnuts I had paid for, so I went back inside. The same rude woman didn’t even apologize. After returning to the car, I discovered they had also forgotten to add sprinkles. I went back once more, and after she added them, I asked why we couldn’t sit indoors to enjoy our ice cream. She informed me that there was a new rule about eating outside, even though there were other customers comfortably seated inside at empty tables. It seems they truly don’t care about their customers, who are the ones buying their products and spending money. I find it baffling why they would treat their patrons this way. 1. Absolutely terrible customer service. 2. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. 3. One of the worst experiences I've had, truly deserving of the one-star reviews. Next time, we will be sure to enjoy our ice cream somewhere else—definitely not here!

They took the time to... read more The entire staff working tonight, 5/21/23, were fantastic! Gabriella Michelle especially who helped us were so kind and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain options to us and answer the questions we had. The ice cream and chocolates were the best I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend! We drove 30 minutes for it, and drove 30 minutes back with our ice cream to go, and it stayed fresh the whole ride!
