Encore is a two-story, 3000 square foot restaurant with a spacious outside patio, perfect for Buffalo's spring, summer, and fall months. The first floor offers pub fare and cocktails at the bar in a casual yet modern atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy intimate dining in our custom private booth room. Upstairs, our main dining room features spacious semi-formal dining with attractions including multiple fireplaces, high ceilings, and a custom sushi station where guests can order from anywhere in or outside the building. Our patio can accommodate over 150 people.

We have been to Encore before the theater on previous occasions, and it 's very convenient, the service is generally good, and we 've enjoyed the food. This time, we decided to try the All You Can Eat Sushi special on Thursday night. There were a number of sushi rolls on the menu that sounded good, and we ordered an assortment. They arrived at the table promptly, some of them so promptly that it seemed like they must have been pre-made instead of being made-to-order. Each of the six rolls we ordered consisted of mainly rice, and not much of the other ingredients, and they all felt dried out, again suggesting that they had been made ahead. Pretty disappointing for a restaurant that emphasizes steak, seafood, and sushi. We 'll be back, but we 'll pass on the sushi.
