Whatever custome... read more Today I had the most horrible service in the drive thru window. This person with locks in his hair was and is disrespectful and extremely rude. Whatever customer service training he may have had he must of missed those days.Normally the service here is very good.If you see this person demand a different person to take your order.

The man... read more This was my first and final visit to Dunkin'. I placed four separate orders and had to pay for each one individually, which was completely unreasonable. The manager was rude to the new cashier in front of everyone because of their mistakes. When I told the manager that my order was correct and already paid for, she unfairly blamed me for an incorrect item. I won’t be coming back. However, I did thank the cashier, who was doing a great job despite the manager’s harsh treatment.

I paid $6 for a medium iced matcha that was mostly ice, with the actual drink filling no more than a small cup. It seems like there w... read more This was my first and last visit to Dunkin'. I stood inside the lobby for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or even saying hello. It seems like there were only two employees handling the drive-thru and making drinks, so anyone who walks in just doesn’t matter. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was 1:56 PM on a Thursday, and I’ll just head to Tim Hortons down the street next time—they at least acknowledge their customers.

Like I ordered from DoorDash and they messed up several of my items! The coffee I ordered was suppose to be original blend with oat milk, 3 sugars, and a shot of espresso! They just put black coffee in some ice! No espresso and nosugars! Dunkin’s on Delaware and hertle you guys and gals dropped the ball big time! Never will You get my business again! Ontop of that you didn’t even give a straw for the ice coffee pathetic!

I waited at the drive-thru to place my order and was initially told it would only take a minute. However, the employee kept me waiting while they assisted other customers inside and chatted with coworkers. They never came back to take my order, so I ended up leaving without being served. It was clear that the staff were more focused on their conversations than on attending to customers. I was very disappointed with the service.

The coffee I requested was meant to be an original blend with oat milk, three sugars, and a shot of espresso. Instead, I received a glass of black coffee over ice, with neither the espresso nor the sugar included. Dunkin' on Delaware and Hertle really missed the mark. I won’t be returning. To make matters worse, they didn’t even include a straw for the iced coffee. Just unacceptable!

This place also offers really great iced coffee, which I believe surpasses Tim Hortons. The only downside is that the tables are often not very clean when we go there. One piece of advice: if you arrive later in the day, you'll find a more limited selection of donuts and snacks."
