Dunkin' Donuts - Buffalo

I come to this location a few times a week as it 's convenient and close to my job. I try being understanding, I really do, BUT I can 't help but be a little grumpy over the service. I take a huge risk ordering food because nine times out of ten it 's still cold or sloppy. I have overheard some of the girls working the drive thru talk about wanting to beat up customers, stuck waiting over half hour (my entire break) with no urgency anywhere on their part. Today was what really upset me. I will sometimes order my coffee extra sweet because it 's a nice treat for me. I pull up to the window and right away the man working the drive thru says, kind of rudely, you like your coffee that sweet? Embarrassed, I said yeah sometimes. He then follows up with a complaint about how far up the cup he filled with flavor syrup and sweetener. It made me feel awful AND guilty for ordering a drink how I like it. Feeling very indifferent about this place and may just opt for the Tim Horton 's across the street if the customer service doesn 't change.

A quick stop in for a coffee. Staff were very friendly and quick with the order, although I was the only one in the restaurant. The coffee was expensive at almost $3 for a basic medium black coffee. It was a decent coffee, but would not go back based on the price.

We decided to stopped by here one morning before get back on the road to Canada... It was not busy. Fresh donuts. We got a dozen of assorted donuts. It has seating area. Service is good and price is ok. Lots of parking and very close to highway.

This location is a joke. Every weekend there is an issue with my order. Today my husband went and picked up my mobile order, he told them it was wrong and asked for them to remake it. Even after remaking it my coffee is still gross. I've tried calling 6 times and they don't answer.

I ordered a simple coffee, 3 cream 3 sugar. I got a black coffee after waiting quite a long time to actually be addressed by someone at the counter. Like at least 5 mins! Meaning I picked up my food, walked out, walked back in and stood at the counter repeatedly saying excuse me, excuse me....
