Oth... read more One of my favorite spots in downtown Buffalo. The chocolate martinis are to die for! I absolutely love the Chocolate Orange Martini and the Nutella Martini. Other options are great too, but for me, these two are the best.

We... read more We had to wait a while to be seated, which was understandable since we didn't have a reservation. However, after we were seated, the service was quite slow. We ordered crab cakes, a burger, and make-your-own s'mores. I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked, and it arrived burnt. My girlfriend enjoyed her crab cake, but things took a turn when our waiter brought out the check without our dessert. When we inquired about it, she mistakenly brought the wrong dessert, then apologized and mentioned she was having a case of the Mondays (even though it was Tuesday). The dessert was more expensive than what we ordered, and I was charged extra for it; additionally, it contained stale pretzels, stale vanilla wafers, and moldy strawberries. Throughout our visit, we were never asked if everything was okay, and we only got a water refill after I requested it. Overall, we spent over an hour there, and we were the last ones in the restaurant when it wasn't crowded at all. I couldn't shake the feeling that the staff thought they could get away with poor service just because we are a young couple.

We were disappointed that instead of acknowledging they were short-staffed, they told us we couldn’t sit at a table because we didn’t have a reservation, even though there were plenty of empty tables while we sat at the bar. On a positive note, the bartender was friendly.

Ive had a few desserts and nothing was anything to write home about. youre better off going to the bakery at a grocery store. however the hot chocolates are delicious! the chocolate straws are a fantastic touch! the carrot cake is NOT good, it was dry and the frosting had a taste like perfume or something- that went in the garbage...not enjoyable at all and a complete waste of . also when i ordered a burger on door dash, i said not to include the usual chips and aioli, but asked in place of those for some onion straws on the burger. they charged me an extra 1.20 for that. seriously? they couldnt call it even? the photo is a dessert that cost 8!! a skinny little sliver that was just ok. the brownie was bland. not rich and sweet. update the burgers here used to be one of the best around, seemed fresh and hand made, but the last time i ordered the meat was awful! like it had been frozen for years, the texture was terrible and it looked like pre-formed frozen burgers that tasted nothing like the original burgers from less than a year ago. total disappointment that they cut corners on quality to save .
