I was interested to try this place out, thinking it might be a unique flavor combination or something. Boy, was I wrong. First, the staff were nice and clearly overworked. They also didn't seem to know what they were doing for example, my burrito had to be wrapped up twice. More on that later... When you order, it's a little confusing. There are a bunch of toppings but they aren't listed anywhere and it's difficult to see them through the counter. Then, when you add toppings to a burrito, there are secret up charges. I wasn't told that the toppings cost extra but from what I got, I had to pay $2 more. And also, mozzarella as the cheese option? So weird and not part of the cuisines. When I got home, my burrito fell apart. Completely into two pieces, like the Titanic. Eating it was also disappointing. Least flavorful falafel I've ever had. It didn't even taste of oil... just, bleh. Cilantro included stems that were bitter and texture wise pretty awful as well. As a vegetarian, I would not recommend this place. The falafel is not worth buying or eating. And if you eat meat, a lot of the reviews below seem to say that the meat isn't that good either.

Food was good and prices were fair. A great spot on Hertel offering lots of variety. Definitely be back!

Bad service, slow. Rude when asked about my order. Ordered at 9:20 its now 10:32 and i still haven’t got my food. They also added a 15% mandatory gratuity for dining in? I don’t mind tipping but i always do after the service is completed.

Got the chicken gyro wrap and fries. Everything was very well seasoned and the chicken was delicious. Friendly staff as well. Can't wait to go again

Very flavourful food, kind service and great portion size. Highly recommend to anyone looking for halal food in the area. I had a crispy chicken gyro with fries super fresh and seasoned. and my husband had al pastor with rice. The beef was super flavourful and not too salty. Also a great environment! Not too busy on a Saturday. Love from Canada!
