Just stopped for fuel and pizza. Yellow bag on fuel pumps and no fuel, and pizza looks like it is 2-3 day old in carousel. I mention to employees, they shrug shoulders and stated “oh well”. I have been on verge of never stopping here again for months, and tonight sealed the deal. No wonder Kwik Stars popping up everywhere, Casey’s has lost it completely! Food: 1
11/13, 5pm. Cashier talking Politics to customers as they check out. When I told her I felt that was inappropriate, she ignored me. Inappropriate unprofessional Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Big shout out to Joseph and the rest of the staff for showing great customer service especially at 4 am in the morning. The rest were working the entire time while giving us the best energy . keep it up you guys!!!
