In Buffalo for a few days to immerse opurselves in Frank Lloyd Wright arcjhitecture that is still standing. I had a friend who attended graduate school there and styaed for a few years after completeing his program. I emailed him and asked him for some recommendations of food for lunch. He said you have to have a chicen finger sub at Cafe 59. SO we did, after touring the Wright-designed Martin House. It was quite good.
The food is excellent. The atmosphere is casual and quaint. There is a good variety of menu options to choose from. Prices are moderate.
A lovely place for a cocktail and quality food. Ordered the hot honey chicken grilled cheese and it was delicious. Drinks will run you $13 to $16. Outdoor patio is really nice in the summer time. Service was great. Would stop back again!
