Bay Leaf - Buffalo
Bay Leaf
Description
Bay Leaf Restaurant presents a varied menu of Bengali cuisine that features standout dishes like Cha, Tehari, and Rupchanda fish. While many items boast delicious flavors, certain offerings, such as Kacchi Biriyani, have been criticized for quality. Service has drawn mixed reviews, with concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, notably in the kitchen and restrooms. Despite these issues, the restaurant is commended for its accommodating staff and reasonable prices, alongside a recommendation for their aromatic chai. Overall, diners may find both culinary gems and pitfalls in this establishment, making it a gamble worth considering.

I ordered rice and chicken, fries, beef curry, nun. Rice was almost raw and dry. Environment is too much dirty and there are so many bugs and flies. Their kitchen was very dirty and low hygiene. Overall I can say it was a worst experience.
The restaurant offers a mixed selection of dishes. I would not suggest ordering the Kacchi Biriyani or kala vuna as they did not meet expectations. However, the Cha, Tehari, Beef Biryani, and Rupchanda fish dishes were delicious. The service was subpar, and they provided paper cutlery and to-go boxes for dine-in customers. Many items on the menu tend to sell out quickly, and they left the door open allowing flies to enter. The restroom was unprofessional and had a small sink for handwashing.
Hi, I live in one of the highly customer service oriented countries in the world. I have a bit of a negative experience with the U.S. people. But honestly speaking, the Bay Leaf Restaurant changed my thoughts, their customer service was outstanding, and the food quality was excellent as well as fresh. I felt like backhome taste. Price was also reasonable.Lot 's of parking spaces. When we cross the border, definitely We will visit again. Please keep up the good work.Cheers!
