The pizza was delicious, though it didn't quite have the traditional New York style. The wings were excellent; I got them grilled and they had a nice smoky flavor that I really enjoyed, and they were cooked perfectly. View all feedback.

Went to this establishment in the middle of a global pandemic. There are regulations for all persons to be wearing a mask. Why is this person, who is working with other people's food NOT wearing the proper PPE? This employee is putting others at risk. I really enjoy the Stinger Pizza and the Rodeo Pizza - they're two of my favorites. The wings from The Dug are also excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Just picked up a few slices that are always hot and ready I've eaten there many times, it did seem like the slices have gotten a little bit smaller than they used to be but great pizza!
Just called to place an order. After it sounding like the call was answered the call was disconnected, twice in a row. When the call was finally answered, I was informed that the call was placed on hold cause they are busy. But I was never put on hold or even spoke too, I was disconnected each time. Just a customer trying to place an order and I've have never felt so unvalued. After placing my order I was told about an hour then hung up on. Didn't even ask my name......
The service was friendly, even though I visited during a busy time and the young man at the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food is consistently great, especially considering the reasonable prices. This place is definitely a reliable choice for lunch or dinner any day!
We typically order the same items every time: a large steak pizza and a large cheese pepperoni. They serve some of the best pizzas in Western New York. I’ve only had one negative experience with the service, but the owner addressed it and made it right.
