Kfc - Buffalo

I really didn't think someone could screw up a simple order as bad as this. We order the special 6 pcs chicken, 6 chicken tenders ,and two sides. What we got was 12 pcs chicken 2 gravies and no sides. In addition, the chicken was over done and almost not edible. Very frustrating Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40

Not happy at all! My experience with this location was not good I asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwiches. This is 1 of the 2 toppings on them. Took my order home, and realized that they HAD Added the mayonnaise. I tried to call to explain. There was no answer after many attempts. I drove all the way back and the 3 employees were sitting there not working. With no apologies, they asked if I wanted a replacement. I also told them I tried calling the location, and they told me that the only hone is “probably not working “ with no concern to fix it or apologize for the inconvenience. Sorry, I will avoid this location from now on. I have a bad impression of this company as a whole and I don’t know if I will support KFC in the future.

Don’t deserve even one star,disgusting food ,don’t related to KFC,no one watch them .it is not the first time i used to go to Appleby branch clean,tasty but this is crazy called KFC Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here at 9pm and no sign stating it was closed actually signs stating open until 10pm. Service: 1

I want to be fair as I can with my review. The chicken is the best of a bad lot in Burlington. I have tried Appleby, Burlington Centre and Maple Ave. I believe it must be the same Owner of all the KFC locations which are probably franchises of Yum Brands. It is clear the oil doesn't get changed on a regular basis to cut costs and corners. The pieces of chicken you get in the buckets are mostly wings, thighs and a few drumsticks (legs). You are lucky if you get two breasts of Chicken in a large bucket. The skin is very dark and saturated in oil and the skin which used to be the best part is not edible due to the pure saturation of oil and is very dark and almost a burnt taste to it. No longer order Potato salad, coleslaw or Macaroni salad as the taste seems off to me and it is very watery and void of flavour. I used to love the potato salad from KFC but now if is under cooked potato and mayo. Customer service is non existent at any of the Burlington locations. When an error is made they make no accommodations and get very defensive and take no accountability. No one smiles or is friendly to the customers. They all have a frown on their face and it is clear they don't want to be there and this is just a pay cheque and no pride in their work. I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene of the staff. No one is wearing gloves or hair nets. Sorry, to say KFC has been on a steady decline over the past few years along with so many other QSR establishments. Customer service is non existent along with quality control, consistency and customer service. Product is now substandard. A lot of new independent and smaller chain Chicken places have opened up in Burlington and I would imagine this tend is happening in other Cities and towns. I will be going there instead as it is clear KFC no longer wants to earn my business. I hope they get back to being the leader in the Chicken business or they will go under like so many other companies. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
