What User doesn't like about Diggs:
Pedimos todos los tipos de papas fritas que tiene, recomiendo papas con bondiola en cocción lenta. Un espectáculo, le faltaría servir cerveza artesanal. Igual, venden unas buenas jarras. View all feedback.
I ate the WORST FOOD POISONING here. My friend, with whom I also ate, was also poisoned, so please avoid this place at all costs!!!! I stopped for days.
The food is typical bar food, but the atmosphere is lively and on Wednesday they have a Metegol (foosball) tournament from 10 a.m.
My wife and I thought they were a drink while I went to Palermo, which is one of the largest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Diggs has a beautiful relaxing atmosphere and is located near Plazoleta Julio Cortazar (Plaza Serrano). Didn't eat here, so can't comment on the food.
My friend and I are here on the way back to our hostel on our first night in Buenos Aires, after a late dinner while we were tired of traveling all day. The main thing that pulled us in was the sign outside for a special offer on beer, but of course, when we came to the bar and were asked that it was not available and we had to choose something else. The prices were still quite reasonable, although it was confusing that we could not just order in the bar, we had to go around the corner and order, then go to the bar to collect them. There were two other couples in the bar downstairs, and the atmosphere was decidedly missing, so we went up over the strangely located toilets halfway to the roof terrace. There were a few more people up here, but it was a bit too cold for my girlfriend, so we went back. The beers themselves were okay, but nothing special, just like the rest of the bar. We didn't order food, but the menu looked promising.
Nice patio area upstairs with good heaters. Happy hour pints for 60 pesos. Had the rack of ribs the second night and they were awful. Decent beer though so stop by for a drink but avoid the food.
