But then we had a couple rolls with salmon in them... read more I would rate the dinner we had as average at best. No edamame? Miso was marginal. Salmon sashimi was amazing! But then we had a couple rolls with salmon in them and the salmon was cooked. Thought that was very strange. Most rolls come with cheese in them which also was strange for us so we ordered them sin queso . Overall the quality of the food was good, just some strange interpretation of Japanese sushi.
