Azul Profundo - Buenos Aires

Basically, it is classified as 1200 in 2300 places available in good air, so do not expect much. I was invited by a friend who knew the place. the food was fine, but the place has no windows and the old and careless furniture. The waitress was very soft and fast, which is weird.

Sometimes they have had lunch with work equipment. The food is very good. the service is far above average. within walking distance of business places around the area of withdrawal/couple. will return.

All we ordered was crushed in cream cheese. Every role seemed to have a huge doll cheese. If you like sushi w cream cheese, this is your place. The rice was not well made parts were hard. Gyozas were old and hard chewing in places. It's a shame this place has lost its way. We would go there 20 years ago and it was delicious. Not anymore.

I've been living next to AP for 15 years. I always enjoyed great meals with an excellent sushi. Unfortunately, the owner has changed, and both the food quality and service have collapsed to such a terrible level that I am forced to say its under the worst sushi in Buenos Aires. I follow some pictures of my last lunch experience, the shrimps were completely rotted, the salmon sashimi had not been carefully cleaned (i.e. there were tons of violet fat on it), there was no ginger in the dishes and certain pieces had not even some kind of fish seafood on it. I fear the food seemed to be stored for a long time (not fresh at all), and the restaurant was completely empty (probably due to the migration of people to other places after the quality drop). Believe it or not, after we complained and they refused to accept that the state of food was lame, something unacceptable happened, we found some cockroaches under the table. This unfortunate event explicitly shows the sanitary state of the restaurant. After so many years it was the last time I ever set foot in the restaurant, it has become one of the worst sushi places in the whole city.

Looking for a chance of tempo on dinner food groups, Azul Profundo tried based on reviews and proximity. First, the staff is great. Friendly and welcoming, and the bar served some great cocktails. It wasn't so great from there. Its basically a sushi place, but objects dominated by salmon have tuna, but seem to press the salmon. Until now. But also on so many offers, a massive dose of cream cheese is often used in selected sushi rolls, but so many of the combo sets were 1/2 cream cheese concoctions. We didn't eat them. The tuna sashimi was ok, but the tuna Nigiri seemed a bit dry and maybe hard. Oh, my God. Not fresh had the day old grocery sushi taste a bit dissicated maybe you know what I'm talking about. I can only recommend this place. We had better sushi in Albuquerque. Trust me.
