What Craig Burnette dislikes about Gotji's Kitchen:
For price, quantity, and quality, it's just okay. OG pad thai said to have crab meat, which it does not. For 17$ that's kinda steep for 4x U40 shrimp, and noodles only. Sauce was overpoweringly sweet, but maybe I just like the americanized version more. Would maybe do well with more fried shallots and some chili flakes or chili oil. This is the best Thai food in Central Texas. If you aren't familiar with Thai food, they will happily ease you into the flavors and walk you through the menu, making recommendations to fit your tastes. They will even adjust the heat level for you. I don't like a lot of spiciness, so they keep mine tame, while my husband loves his hot! Great people great food. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been coming here since they opened for business. The taste and flavors are authentic and delicious. The taste and quality have stayed consistent and did not decline over time. My favorite dish is the green curry. The customer service is always top notch. The staff is always very friendly. They are my go-to Thai food spot!

I found this amazing new food trailer that has authentic Thai food. This morning when getting breakfast at Dave's Tacos I noticed a new food truck next to Dave's Tacos, it was closed so I asked Dave about the trailer. Dave said that they will open for lunch today for the first time in Austin. and highly recommended them. My wife and I came for lunch to try this new food trailer and OMG! this is the real deal. I ordered the GN8 Shrimp Southern Noodle and my wife had the GN7 Black Pepper Noodle. Hands down the best Thai food we have had in years! I really Highly recommend stopping by, you will not be disappointed.
