Reviews - Casey's
Reviews summary
Hidden inside a rebuilt gas-station storefront, this Casey's earns praise for exceptional, cheesy pizzas that rival bigger chains and surprisingly pleasant, affordable grab-and-go options. Diners note clean surroundings and generally friendly staff, but consistency is an issue: long, unpredictable wait times, inventory and order mix-ups, and high staff turnover leave visits hit-or-miss. Still, for many locals with limited alternatives, the pizza keeps them coming back.

I just stopped by to grab a couple of bottles of water. For takeout service, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was also nice, so I’d give that a 4 as well. As for the price, it was quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. View all feedback.
What Connie Gentry dislikes about Casey's:
The pizza here is absolutely fantastic! The store is consistently clean, and the staff is friendly. However, if you order any food, be prepared for it to take at least twice as long as the estimated time. This applies whether you place your order through the app or call it in. Expect to wait a minimum of 1.5 hours for just two pizzas, regardless of when you order. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 2,... View all feedback.

Evidently they hire senior citizens who don't know how to put gas on pumps, then refuse to refund the money you just paid for said gas you didn't get
Friday and Saturday night out of Pizza at Dinner time...I asked and they said they were too busy to make pizza...weird Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
The Casey's in Buckner is one of the worst I've been to. I've lived in this town for over a decade and it's always had it's problems but lately even more so. Especially when it comes to getting anything from the kitchen in a timely manner, or waiting for food you ordered and when you get there they haven't made it because they didn't see the online order Or when you have a cashier after you're already up at the register and about to put your things up on the counter and the cashier shakes her head no and points behind a person who came up after I did telling me that I needed to get behind them so they could go first.
This has to be, hands down, the worst Casey's. If you plan on going there for breakfast or lunch plan on not eating. This location frequently has zero food in the warmers, not because of how popular the food is but because lack of staff to make food. The people that work there are friendly. I'm a graveyard worker so breakfast is not my thing at 7:30 am. Your pizza is. Mornings are generally easy in out at the Buckner store. Pizzas are yummy but it seems I'm waiting a lot on my order only because employees are standing around talking instead of working back in the pizza area. If I order food at night my order hardly gets through staff says because the electronic order wasn't working! Staff at check out counter have always been friendly. Only other thing I think they need more of are Bavarian donuts!

The fridges are never properly stocked, and I often have to search behind them to find the drink I want. There's a high turnover rate among the employees, making each visit a hassle. I try to avoid going there whenever possible.
I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and showed up and they were just now starting to make them... not the first time to happen either. Super disappointed in the service.
A few years ago, my husband mentioned that we were getting pizza from a gas station, and coming from the other side of the country, I thought it was a terrible idea. I was mistaken. Casey's had always outperformed many national pizza chains. However, since this particular location was rebuilt, they've lost their touch. We have had some memorable experiences where only one item from our order was ready. We typically order a few pizzas and hot wings, but there are always issues with the wings. On one occasion, we didn't receive them because they sold them to another customer. Really??? They should have just made up an excuse for that one. Given our location and the lack of alternatives, we will likely continue to order from here, but not as often.
Casey's serves excellent pizza, even surpassing some of the well-known pizza chains. It's not anything extravagant, just really good pizza, and they generously pile on the cheese without you having to request extra.
Caseys use to have the best pizza I have ever had and I am really not that much of a pizza person, but since they have that new station the pizza is not as good and the lady that use to work in the pizza department was the best. Now they have all these young kids that work there who could care less. No 5 stars from me.
