L'accent - Buchillon

Very cute establishment with a great terrace and nice interior. The food is great and the owner and waiters very professional.

Have eaten here twice in the last three months and both times we came away immensely pleased with both the food and the ambience. The food is of the highest quality. This evening we had oysters and grilled scallops as starters. The oysters were nice and plu,p and very fresh. Very enjoyable. The scallops were perfectly grilled and served in a pumpkin sauce which was to die for. We could have ordered the starters all over again, they were so good. For main course we ordered the restaurant’s signature dish: chateaubriand for two. It was perfectly cooked. Melted in my mouth. Perfectly seasoned. The dish is very simple. The beef is served with a baked sweet potato and a side salad. The combination is wonderful. It was so enjoyable. The restaurant has a good selection of wine and they are knowledgeable about their wines and are comfortable in recommending wines that compliment the dishes ordered. The waiters are very friendly and the attention to detail is reassuring. Y the way the toilets are so incredibly clean and well maintained, it is almost worth going there just for the toilets LOL! For those thank now the restaurant since it opened around 3 years ago, it’s worth noting that one of the two partners left and the menu has since changed definitely for the better ! We will return again and again to L’Accent.
