What User likes about Terasa Florilor:
I know that place ever since they only had one dish - mici (mixed meat rolls) with mustard and french fries - and plastic plates :) Our friends used to live next to it. It is basic, don't expect anything fancy, after all it is a small restaurant in an ordinary neighbourhood (the word restaurant sounds too fancy) but the food is good and the prices are low. Well, I should start by saying that there is a huge difference in the quality of the service depending on the presence of the owner. Last time we ate there the owner was not present, so the service was slow, the waitresses seemed somehow bothered and absent-minded. The mixed up our order, too. The food itself wouldn't be bad, but they have to improve their serving skills and overall attitude. View all feedback.
