Kaiamo is s fine dining gem that elevates Romanian flavors through modern, artistic execution. They only offer tasting menu: 9, 15 or 20 courses. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to reinterpret Romanian ingredients using advanced techniques expect playful “mimicry” dishes, which are not what they appear to be. The menu changes quarterly, ensuring fresh creativity and variety. The interior blends understated sophistication with dramatic theatrical flair: low lit open kitchen, minimalist lighting on tables, occasional flames in the pass, and visual contrasts like neon accents creating a sense of performance alongside dining. Staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable explaining each dish’s concept and backstory with enthusiasm. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had a wonderful evening at Kaiamo and opted for the 20-course tasting menu. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The entire team around Radu was highly motivated, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout the evening. Each course was outstanding—both in presentation and taste. There is a clear focus on detail, and the quality of each component is extremely high. Radu is a gracious host, a sensational chef, and a true innovator! We’re already looking forward to the next menu and will definitely be back. Without a doubt, this is a two- or even three-star-level menu at a price that is exceptionally fair for the quality offered. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food was delicious and inventive with very interesting aroma combinations and nice reinventions of romanian food. The decorations are a mix between traditional and modern. The staff was very polite, entertaining and very helpful if you need a recommandation. They also offered some very nice surprises on the house. The prices may be high, but it is worth it.
AWESOME! Can't believe this is in Romania! Also definitely this one for sure deserve Michelin stars!!! Love the food, the experience the atmosphere!
The interior is a bit loungy but touches of natural wood also keep it earthy. We tried the 11 courses tasting menu with a wine pairing. The dishes are very well presented on beautiful plates. Fresh local ingredients are used throughout the course. The textures and flavors are used with a lot of creativity while keeping things extremely subtle and balanced. The wine pairing was very solid too with beautiful and elegant romanian wines. A superb restaurant were cuisine is really treated as an art.
