Terasa Florilor - Bucharest

There sat with my daughter and enjoyed some lemonade and ice cream. The waitress was really nice and efficient. What I liked most was the place, an oasis of shadow and good music in the middle of Bucharest.

A very pleasant place with excellent food, nice staff and decent prices. Probably the best place in the area.

Cosy atmosphere, great and fast service, food is amazing as well as staff who are friendly and always remember your favorite dish.

I know that place ever since they only had one dish - mici (mixed meat rolls) with mustard and french fries - and plastic plates :) Our friends used to live next to it. It is basic, don't expect anything fancy, after all it is a small restaurant in an ordinary neighbourhood (the word restaurant sounds too fancy) but the food is good and the prices are low. I pay them a visit every time I go to Bucharest. They also have cheap beer and they are very close to the subway station (Obor)

Well, I should start by saying that there is a huge difference in the quality of the service depending on the presence of the owner. Last time we ate there the owner was not present, so the service was slow, the waitresses seemed somehow bothered and absent-minded. The mixed up our order, too. The food itself wouldn't be bad, but they have to improve their serving skills and overall attitude.
