The dishes are very well presented on beautiful plates. Fresh local ingredients are used throughout the course. The textures and flavors are used with a lot of creativity while keeping things extremely subtle and balanced. The wine pairing was very solid too with beautiful and elegant romanian wines. A superb restaurant were cuisine is really treated as an art.

If you are in Bucharest this is a must visit... Just bring time! Or decide for a shorter menu. Thanks a lot to the great team for an unforgettable experience on my birthday. Including an eatable stone birthday cake .
