It’s an interesting place; something on the front of the building reminded me of a Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young album cover. I just had to stop and take a look!

To my surprise, it’s still a functioning bar with Bob as the... read more I passed by this place several times over the last 15 years, assuming it was an abandoned building. To my surprise, it’s still a functioning bar with Bob as the bartender. Once you overlook the worn-down exterior, you'll find that the drinks are affordable, the service is friendly, and we encountered a great crowd that was on a dive bar tour. While the small TV means it's not the best spot to catch a game, it definitely offers a memorable experience and a unique story to share. Not many bars have been around since 1898!
