The food was quite standard, average to slightly above average, we had shrimps Fajitas and a few appetizers. Where this place seems, is the friendly staff who are very friendly, and the margaritas! I had a mango margarita, and it was the BEST mango margarita I had. (There is a place in Cabo that is also good) We talked to a few Canadians who spend winter in Bucerias and they said they come for the strawberry margaritas, so I will go on a limb and say what taste margarita you decide, this place has perfected it. I will judge every future mango margarita on this basis.
A hidden gem, pay attention to the street sign and drive up to two stairs to the roof restaurant overlooking the sea (at least until the next apartment is ready! . Clean and safe, with predictable food. A mexican if you want, American if your belly needs it. It is not the cheapest place in Bucerias, but it is affordable for this neighborhood. Here you will find many tourists and many years of visitors.
Deep fried food didn’t taste good ,Calamari tasted frozen ,very chewy And 4 coconut shrimp for 400 peso seemed steep ,especially as rice was inedible Great cocktails and service but no great atmosphere Was disappointing after reading such great reviews ! Maybe we just picked wrong choices
Three of us for lunch. 3 different orders. We all agree, we wouldn't go back. The food wasn't good. Disappointed, least to say.
Huge and tasty pancakes. Nice view at the top. My only complaint is this is the second time we visited, had supper last time, and the bill was added incorrectly. 100 pesos over. Last time as well. Makes me question whether it’s done intentionally as not everyone takes the time to add up their items to see if the sun is correct . Not sure if we would return again as there are lots of other places to eat where haven’t had that experience.
