If our hotel is closer, we would each come here at night, then we could do that 20 minutes away. Almost all of their menu items can be made ve... read more Staying in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico for a few months and discovered this amazing little Thai restaurant in Bucerias. Almost all of their menu items can be made vegan….just substitute tofu when the item says chicken or shrimp or beef. The staff can guide you as to which cannot be made vegan (ie if it has fish sauce in it, etc… . The Thai yellow curry is by far my favourite. Their appetizers (crispy Thai tofu and their spring rolls are both incredibly delicious. The rolls come in a serving of 3 but we just asked for a fourth one since there were four in our party. The staff are lovely. All of our meals were excellent and we had enough leftovers to make another meal again!!! I would highly recommend!There was a musician playing while we ate and he was top notch! #Veganuary

I had the Thai cu... read more My friends and I visited Kensho twice during our trip to Bucerias. The vermicelli wraps were delicious and came with a fantastic peanut sauce! I had the Thai curry with tofu the first night and the hoisin with tofu the second night. Both mains were spectacular and the portion sizes were huge! Val was very accommodating and ensured that we were well taken care of! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting bucerias and will for sure be returning!!
