His fish is caught that day and he knows what to buy and then how to prepare it . He spend a lot of time in the USA learning for great chefs this is apparent from how well he prepares the fish. His cerviche is amazing I had the fish shrimp and Octopus amazing ! The venue isn’t fine dining and the service isn’t great !but the fish is amazing. I had Mahi Mahi one night and swordfish the next time both expertly prepared. Make sure you take time to talk to Armando , interesting guy! This is a cash only restaurant so make sure you remember. Don’t be put off by the location it’s off the beaten track and enter down the side ally. Love this place will be back!

The seafood was delicious and we particularly appreciated the fact that Armando himself had caught the mahi mahi that morning. This restaurant is clearly a family labor of love and the service, food and drinks are all a reflection of that. Highly recommend and would return on any future visit!
