When I stop usually I’m on my way to work I don’t have time to wait forever! I’ll keep stopping at scooters in the mornings.

While we were ordering, the employee taking our order was very rude and had an attitude. When we got our donuts, the chocolate ones had hardly any frosting on them, and we ran in to switch them. The employees gave my dad very rude looks and tried to start arguing with him about why we didn't want them. When we got our frozen coffees, they were not frozen at all either. We won't return.

We do mobile orders more often than we pay for it at store, and it seems like every time we do order, regardless if it’s a mobile or a pay at store, they make o... read more We do mobile orders more often than we pay for it at store, and it seems like every time we do order, regardless if it’s a mobile or a pay at store, they make our coffees wrong. We pay extra for the extra pumps of flavor, no issue because we know what we want, and they don’t read the stickers so if they put any flavor in it, it’s only the standard amount. I also had a coffee a few days ago, it was burnt, no milk that I had asked for, and no sugar. I couldn’t drink it because of how much it made me sick. They don’t even fill up the cups.

Both drinks were poorly made, one drink was delivered to us cold, when we asked for it to be remade the employee said that it had almost burnt his hand making it and then accused us of trying to get a free drink. The only reason we frequent this chain is due to the sugar free syrups, and that is no longer a big enough draw for us after the absolutely horrid treatment.

The loaded tots were hash browns left over from breakfast, which was cold and didn't have any topping. They didn't have any donuts, and the one donut they did have was wrong. Good luck experimenting with this location!
