We pay extra for the extra pumps of flavor, no issue because we know what we want, and they don’t read the stickers so if they put any flavor in it, it’s only the standard amount. I also had a coffee a few days ago, it was burnt, no milk that I had asked for, and no sugar. I couldn’t drink it because of how much it made me sick. They don’t even fill up the cups.

Both drinks were poorly made, one drink was delivered to us cold, when we asked for it to be remade the employee said that it had almost burnt his hand making it and then accused us of trying to get a free drink. The only reason we frequent this chain is due to the sugar free syrups, and that is no longer a big enough draw for us after the absolutely horrid treatment.
