The cak... read more I had my first experience with Cake Junkie, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cake design matched my vision perfectly, and my son absolutely loved it. The cake itself was moist and delicious, and my family couldn't stop asking where I got it from, all praising how great it tasted. When I reached out via email about a minor issue with the filling (it was different from what I had requested) on a day they were closed, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response. They addressed the issue the very next day. I found their service to be very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Cake Junkie and will definitely use their services again in the future.

I also requested some photos of the cake when it was ready for pickup, and once more, she said it wouldn’t be an issue. At 1:57 PM, I received the pictures, and they looked perfect! That evening was my buddy's birthday, and I couldn’t help but wonder how it would taste. To put it simply, the cake was incredible—one of the best I’ve ever had! I want to thank Cake Junkie for making me look great; I’ll definitely consider them for all my future cake needs. THANK YOU!!! I’m so grateful and attached photos to show the cake before and after—it was just 5 minutes later, and everyone loved it!

The only issue was that "birthday" was spelled incorrectly, but it didn't bother me at all. We all had a good laugh about it!

It recently changed ownership and the new management has been very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Their baker has been with the company for over ten years, and I think is the best money can buy! They can accommodate pretty much anything you need and will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. They will leave you with a better product and design than you originally walked in wanting and expecting. I would recommend them to anyone!
