The beer pairing is nice and although beer is a central theme across the dishes, it is not that the beerflavour is too present. On the contrary dishes are well balanced and creative. Also the wine menu presents a wide and qualitative choice. If you are looking for non standard fine dinning option, i can highly recommend this place

And of course the essentials, namely a refined cuisine with delicious dishes. Even if the card is necessarily a little limited, there is for all tastes. A discovery to be recommended.
