Nothing more to say they beat a great selection of vegan ice creams and likely are the best in the city updated by previous review on 2021-08-16
When I looked at the menu, the vegans seemed to taste only sorceressers that I don't like to eat. Then you better choose two pills of sorbet: chocolate and almond. What a pleasant surprise. The ice was deliciously smooth and the lights were generous.
Glacier Bargello is the place to go, close to Cirque Royal and in the beautiful district of Libertés, for the glazed and higher Italian sorbets. The fact of being able to sit on the terrace and taste them is one more.
I tried the yogurt and Créma Fiorentina flavors. I think I may have had slightly high expectations because I saw a lot of good reviews, or maybe I just didn’t pick the right ones. For me personally, both were less than expected. It was hard to pick up much flavor besides an overwhelming sweetness. As a cuisine/pastry chef, my palate is fairly sensitive, but I still couldn’t really detect much beyond the sugar. The sweetness also lingered quite unpleasantly on the palate, and I needed water to clear it. Of course, this is just my personal taste—everyone’s different. And as many other customers’ comments that the price is a bit on the high side.
