Then you better choose two pills of sorbet: chocolate and almond. What a pleasant surprise. The ice was deliciously smooth and the lights were generous.

I think I may have had slightly high expectations because I saw a lot of good reviews, or maybe I just didn’t pick the right ones. For me personally, both were less than expected. It was hard to pick up much flavor besides an overwhelming sweetness. As a cuisine/pastry chef, my palate is fairly sensitive, but I still couldn’t really detect much beyond the sugar. The sweetness also lingered quite unpleasantly on the palate, and I needed water to clear it. Of course, this is just my personal taste—everyone’s different. And as many other customers’ comments that the price is a bit on the high side.
