Nevertheless you could be planning a trip nearby in Baden OR even coming TO Brugg itself ! My host knew one of the operators well we were particularly welcomed..but I think the spirit of hospitality IS understood here anyway--more so than many SWISS establishments IN Zurich! I was shocked to realise my 'spicy 'soup was in fact Vietnamese Tom Yam I suspect made from a cube..if I 'm wrong, it 's a crime to produce a house-made soup that replicates a stock cube,,,either way it shouldn 't have even been on the menu of a (basically Cantonese-style restaurant in the 1st place! Our food was OK tasty...but the edge has been lost here (too long serving to ignorant Swiss palates? therefore if you really love Canton-style cooking, you should choose another venue if stranded in Brugg...bit it 's nice comfortable ..just beware of MSG withdrawal symptoms...The chef here has bad habits!
