I grant you , if you 're a tourist/traveller looking for a 'urgent ' Chinese fix, this review is hardly helpful-Brugg 'cause isn 't exactly 'on the map from a c... read more I grant you , if you 're a tourist/traveller looking for a 'urgent ' Chinese fix, this review is hardly helpful-Brugg 'cause isn 't exactly 'on the map from a culinary point of view! Nevertheless you could be planning a trip nearby in Baden OR even coming TO Brugg itself ! My host knew one of the operators well we were particularly welcomed..but I think the spirit of hospitality IS understood here anyway--more so than many SWISS establishments IN Zurich! I was shocked to realise my 'spicy 'soup was in fact Vietnamese Tom Yam I suspect made from a cube..if I 'm wrong, it 's a crime to produce a house-made soup that replicates a stock cube,,,either way it shouldn 't have even been on the menu of a (basically Cantonese-style restaurant in the 1st place! Our food was OK tasty...but the edge has been lost here (too long serving to ignorant Swiss palates? therefore if you really love Canton-style cooking, you should choose another venue if stranded in Brugg...bit it 's nice comfortable ..just beware of MSG withdrawal symptoms...The chef here has bad habits!

You ca... read more The restaurant is located outside the town center and offers a nicely decorated dinner room and a large outdoor space under trees and private for summer. You can go as a couple or with your family without problem. The food is good, nicely presented, and served rapidly. The choice of dishes is large, as one can expect from a Chinese restaurant. The price are not so cheap (for Chinese), but still very reasonable, but the quality of the food and portion size are good. Overall, a good choice that is different than the typical pizzeria you find in Brugg.
