Mcdonald's - Brownsville

This was the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. We decided to pull into this one. We've been on the road for over 8 hrs. Went through the drive through. 1st thing I saw, the lady wiping her forehead with her hand then proceeded grabbing soda from thesoda fountain, capping it with the same hand without washing it. We were asked to pull into a spot and they would bring out ourorder. 35mns later, people in other reserved spots that came after us were going in to get their food because it was such a longwait. Went in to see what was going on. Food was never started, they started putting our order together, was burnt. Seemed fullystaffed. They definitely need training, structure, and proper ways of hygiene training. This place is disgusting.

Service was okay but the food not so much. Sweet tea was way beyond sweet. Coffee was not hot plus it tasted water down with a bit of burn taste. The mc griddle and hashbrowns were super greasy ????. The breakfast burritos were about the only thing thatwas okay. Drive through windows need to be clean they are very filty did not go inside so can't say much about that. Overallfrom all the mc Donald's we had stop at through out our road trip this has been the worst.

The morning, which began in a good mood, became dark, because her unpressed face and discomfort. do not complain, think of those who lost their jobs due to coronavirus, it is also happy to work now. before opening a load it is basically to ensure that the beverage machine works and the toilet is cleaned. it is hard to see how a badly managed mcdonald’s load is like that.

I was very dissatisfied. Had to wait over twenty mins for my order... While watching the employees goof off. Employees were not in McDonald's attire, they were in sweat pants, that were hanging halfway down their backside to where their tailend was sticking out, hoodies with the hoods on.. Eating while on duty, and messing with their cell phones. There was no one making burgers for at least 5 mins due to I have no clue why.... When I left several were out back goofing off. Just very unprofessional.

Food was good. Cashier was a really nice young man. Clean. Way overstaffed for the time of day. No warning that you can't dine in until you go looking for s table. Should say so on the outside sign.
