Mcdonald's - Brownsville

Lazy and disrespectful 2 times I said one thing they brought deferent don’t know how to get order at the end I come out without order and no money back

Service was okay but the food not so much. Sweet tea was way beyond sweet. Coffee was not hot plus it tasted water down with a bit of burn taste. The mc griddle and hashbrowns were super greasy . The breakfast burritos were about the only thing that was okay. Drive through windows need to be clean they are very filty did not go inside so can't say much about that. Overall from all the mc Donald's we had stop at through out our road trip this has been the worst.

It was clean. The performance of people was exceptionally great.

I wish I had received the name of the young lady who came from the board cooking to come forward to get food moving to customers waiting in the building. She did this so fast when someone just waited for a milkshake and even coffee. She did this and kindly returned on board. I hope she's a manager or training as the 5 young ladies looked very confused.

The restroom was very dirty, with no paper towels or hand soap available in the men's room. Additionally, I had to drive in to pick up my order of cheese. Overall, I would rate the food 1/5, the service 1/5, and the atmosphere 1/5. I wouldn't recommend this place.
