Bitting them felt like a scene from Ratatouille where it takes you back when everything was fixed by a bite of a homemade tortilla. They hold the holy trinity of great food, fat of great taste, the crunch of a golden tortilla aka masa, and the acidity of their salsa. Truly a great experience, to whom ever wants to enjoy what latin culture stands for.
